Two days after Leon Powell signed his second international contract of the year in Israel, two more St. Louis Hawks players are joining him in playing basketball overseas: 6-foot-7 forward, Alex Jackson, has signed a new contract to play in Spain, while 6-foot-5 forward, Dallis Johnson, has reached agreement to play in Germany.

Jackson (Univ. of Missouri-St. Louis) averaged 17.7 points per game in the last seven regular season games of the 2014 season for St. Louis, including six games in double-figures and three games where he scored 20+ points. Last year, Jackson averaged 15.8 points per game for St. Louis, before being drafted in the third round of the 2013 NBL-Canada Draft by the Saint John Mill Rats. This year will be Jackson's second contract in Europe, after he received his first deal in Norway in 2012.

Johnson (Harris Stowe State University) received his first career international contract with his new deal today in Germany. He averaged 9.5 points per game in six regular season games with St. Louis in 2014. During his senior year of college in 2013 at Harris Stowe State, he averaged 17.5 points per game, and 9.1 rebounds per game, placing him in the top 10 of both categories for his position in NAIA Division-I that season.

Jackson and Johnson become the second and third players, respectively, to sign new contracts overseas this season for St. Louis. This pushes the total number of players to sign overseas, after playing in the Central Basketball Association, to 13 individuals, including 8 this year.
