The 2015 Central Basketball Association season will consist of eight teams: Bowling Green Hornets, Chattanooga Rail Runners, Fort Wayne Flite, Memphis Soul Kings, Middle Tennessee Storm, Mississippi Eagles, Peoria Panthers, and Springfield Sentinels. The St. Louis Hawks, who participated in the league the last two seasons, and the Indianapolis Briks, who were scheduled to begin play in the league this season, have deferred their potential membership until at least next year.

The regular season, which will consist of eight games per team, will begin on Saturday, March 28, and shall conclude on Sunday, May 10. The post-season tournament, which will feature all eight teams, will be played across two weekends at the newly-established, multimillion-dollar facility in Fort Wayne, Ind.: The McMillen Center, which also serves as the home-venue for the Fort Wayne Flite.

The quarter-finals will be played on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17. The semi-finals will be played after Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 30. The 2015 CBA championship game will be played on Sunday, May 31.

As announced last week, all games this season will be played using the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) rules, which will consist of four ten-minute quarters, as opposed to the four twelve-minute quarters played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and in the CBA the last two years.
