Since 2016, Roy McFadgon was a powerful force in the Middle Tennessee frontcourt, giving the Nashville-based CBA team a formidable inside scoring game, coupled with a dominant force in the paint on the defensive end. In 18 games with Middle Tennessee since 2016, McFadgon scored 282 points (15.7 points per game), grabbed 201 rebounds (11.2 rebounds per game) and had 38 blocked shots (2.1 blocks per game). During that time period, McFadgon produced a historic performance in 2016 where he posted a league-record 23 rebounds and 8 blocked shots against Bowling Green.

However, this season McFadgon donned a new jersey, joining rival Bowling Green and making his debut with his new club this past weekend at Jackson. And he did not disappoint, as McFadgon nearly broke his own league-record of blocked shots in a game with 7 blocks, coupled with 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 steals, helping Bowling Green win by double-digits and earn their first victory of the season.
